When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use SignalVisa, we collect usage data including pages visited, searches performed, and employers saved. We use cookies and localStorage to remember your preferences and track usage patterns for the purpose of improving the service.
We use your email to send you alerts you have subscribed to (visa bulletin alerts, data updates) and product communications. We use usage data to improve SignalVisa and understand which features are most valuable. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
SignalVisa does not collect immigration case numbers, receipt numbers, passport information, Social Security numbers, or any other government identification. We do not store payment information (handled by Stripe when Pro launches).
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and user data storage), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (anonymous usage analytics), and Resend (transactional email). Each service has its own privacy policy.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@signalvisa.com. We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving a deletion request.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. California residents have rights under CCPA. Contact privacy@signalvisa.com to exercise any of these rights.
We use essential cookies for authentication and localStorage for user preferences. We use Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
