Terms of Use

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using SignalVisa (signalvisa.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not legal advice

SignalVisa provides informational analytics based on public U.S. government data. Nothing on SignalVisa constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or a guarantee of employment sponsorship or visa approval. Consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation.

3. Data accuracy

All data is derived from U.S. Department of Labor OFLC disclosure files and the USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub, both public domain. SignalVisa processes this data to produce aggregate statistics and scores. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. LCA filings are not the same as actual H-1B approvals or employment offers.

4. Permitted use

SignalVisa is for personal, non-commercial research use. You may not scrape, republish, resell, or create derivative products from SignalVisa data without written permission. You may not use automated tools to access the service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

SignalVisa is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on data shown on SignalVisa. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SignalVisa after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
